2 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt
4 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
1/2 tsp baking powder

1-2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour batter into a mug prepared with non-stick spray.
- Microwave for 2-2.5 minutes on high, then flip onto a plate and top with frosting.
