Ingredients

  • 125g or 1 small can of artichokes (drained)
  • 30g pickled jalapeños
  • 100g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 100g light sour cream
  • 3 plain laughing cow wedges
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
