Cookies 'n Cream Protein Mugcake

Ingredients:

Batter:

  • 1 scoop Cookies 'N Cream Select Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites
  • 2 tbsp Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Milk of Choice
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 

Frosting:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. 
  2. Pour batter into a mug prepared with non-stick spray.
  3. Microwave for 2-2.5 minutes on high, then flip onto a plate and top with frosting.
