Subscription FAQs:
You may still need to create an account, which you can do here. All your subscription information will be there waiting for you. If you've already done so and are still having trouble, just shoot an email to CustomerService@pescience.com
1. Log in to your account, and click "Manage Subscriptions", located below your address.
2. From the customer portal, click on Payment Methods
3. Click Add New Payment Method
4. Add the new card details and click Update Card.
5. Navigate to Shipping by clicking on the menu at the top
6. Click the down arrow next to the current payment method
7. Click Change Payment Method. Click Save

Simple! Log in to your account, and click "Manage Subscriptions", located below your address. Click on your upcoming subscription, and you can add a 1 time purchase.
At this time we have no way of applying rewards points to a subscription order before it has been placed. That being said, if you reach out to us once your next subscription order has been processed, we can have your rewards points manually redeemed and refund the amount the points are worth back to you :)
Your subscription shipping address is different from your PEScience account "default" address. If you need to update your subscription shipping address, please be sure do so on your subscription account under "Manage Subscriptions".
